Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Qualzo AI Inc. (“Qualzo,” “we,” “us”) governing your access to and use of the Qualzo website, applications, and services (the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

You sign in using LinkedIn or email. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Qualzo lets you create a Professional Companion: a chat experience, powered by your resume and LinkedIn profile, that answers questions about your professional experience and can be shared via a link or embedded on your own site.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

“Your Content” means the information you provide or connect, including your LinkedIn profile, uploaded resume, and any details you add. You retain ownership of Your Content.

You grant Qualzo a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service, including generating answers through your Professional Companion.

You represent that you have the right to provide Your Content and that it does not infringe the rights of others.

Your Professional Companion generates answers automatically from Your Content. While we design it to stay grounded in the information you provide, automated answers may be incomplete or inaccurate.

AI-generated answers are not professional, legal, financial, or employment advice, and you are responsible for the content your Professional Companion presents to others.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful, infringing, or misleading content, impersonating others, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or using it to harass or harm others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

When a visitor to your Professional Companion shares their contact details (for example, to book a meeting or download your resume), we store that information and make it available to you in your dashboard.

You are responsible for handling any contact information you receive in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

The Service relies on third parties, including LinkedIn (authentication), Amazon Web Services (file storage), and SendGrid (email). Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant third party’s terms.

We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Qualzo and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI-generated answers will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qualzo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Islamabad, Pakistan.
